Our Guardianship Program

The Guardianship Program in Summary

The guardian dog would be under the care of the family at no cost. The guardian family must live within 1.5 hours of Springford ON

There is a questionnaire and a contract involved with our program, please send us a message below to get started! We are excited to meet you and learn more about you!

In the guardianship program, the breeder retains ownership of the dog during the guardian period (for a female up to 5 years) (for a male up to 7 years). The dog lives with the guardian parent but will return to the breeder for breeding purposes. Upon completion of the guardian period, ownership will transfer to the guardian parent.

The goal of our guardian program is to provide families or individuals with a loving, and healthy puppy at a reduced price, while also continuing our breeding process. Both parties are expected to be readily available and understandable towards one another throughout the guardian period and into the unforeseeable future.
